The community of Tillicoultry, Coalsnaughton and Devonside were delighted to see the arrival of their  Community Action Plan 2017 at the formal launch event in May.  Many residents came along to pick up a copy of the Plan, and to find out how to get involved in taking action.  Clackmannanshire Council and Local Energy Scotland provided funding for the development of the Community Action Plan, which involved the views of more than 500 people over a 4 month period of community engagement.  STAR designed the process to link in with Clackmannanshire Council’s “Community Matters” participatory budgeting scheme.
