The complete Community Action Planning toolkit!  For communities and for support organisations, the toolkit has all the guidance, templates and tools needed to prepare a quality community action plan using our successful Community Futures process.  First developed in 2015 to support the East Neuk Community Futures programme, the Toolkit is currently being used by communities in the East Neuk to prepare their Community Action Plans.

We can now offer the Toolkit along side our Community Action Planning training package.  It is really flexible and can be tailored to any community, and is also ideal for organisations that provide support to communities.

The Toolkit contains guidance on everything from how to set up a Steering Group, to running a Community Futures Event.  It provides templates for Surveys, Stakeholder meetings, Community Profiling and much more.  There are helpful examples from other communities and top tips and advice on how to get the best from the community action planning process.
